Sonoma catering services

Food format includes a salad, a vegetable, two entrees, bread and dessert.

We provide all paper and plastic ware (if necessary)

We generally set up between a half hour to one and one half hours ahead of the scheduled time and clean up afterwards.

The price is $20 per person, and we have a $450 minimum charge,
not including tax or tip.

Szechwan Pork tenderloin with sesame noodles

Mahi Mahi wrapped in crispy noodles served with Nouc Chom dipping sauce

Swordfish batonnets grilled with lemon toasted coriander and cracked black pepper

Escolar wrapped in greens seasoned with black truffle oil

Salmon roasted in extra virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt

Grilled chicken breast marinaded in lemon, honey and fresh lavender served with roasted potatos

Hot and Sour Thai chicken ravioli’s with fresh cilantro

Tandoori roasted chicken breast with french lentils, fresh tomato, and sweet spices

Grilled BBQ Tri tip over a seasonal vegetable ragout

Lamb stew with Chipotle pepper sauce and vegetables
