Chef’s labor ($45 per hr x # of hours)

Service (# of staff @ $25 per person x # of hours )

Administrative/Gratuity (20% of food cost)

Tax (9.00% 0n food and labor)

Note: Once you have a menu and an event style, (buffet, cocktail party, sit down dinner) determining the total cost can be done expeditiously.  We will be happy to answer any questions and help you get the experience you desire and receive the true value for your expenditures
